SEOUL – The latest weather forecast for South Korea indicates a range of conditions across the country’s 12 major cities, with predictions made at 9:01 a.m. on Saturday. Temperatures are expected to vary, with several areas experiencing different weather patterns throughout the day.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, and Cheongju are all expected to enjoy sunny skies, with a 60 to 80 percent chance of rain and high temperatures reaching 8 degrees Celsius. Cheongju stands out with a slightly higher possibility of rain at 80 percent. Daejeon is forecasted to experience sleet, maintaining the same high temperature but with a 60 percent chance of rain.

Chuncheon is predicted to have sunny weather, though it will be slightly cooler with a low of -3 degrees Celsius and a 70 percent chance of rain. Gangneung and Jeonju are forecasted to have sleet and rain, respectively, both with a 60 percent chance of precipitation.

Further south, Gwangju and Jeju are expecting rain with high temperatures of 9 degrees Celsius and 13 degrees Celsius, respectively, and a uniform 60 percent chance of rain. Daegu will enjoy sunny conditions with a high of 10 degrees Celsius and a 60 percent chance of rain, whereas Busan is forecasted to be cloudy with the lowest chance of rain at 30 percent and a high temperature of 11 degrees Celsius.
